This is our continuity sequence the camera shots where match on action the 360 degree reverse shot. We planned out a line that we knew we were not going to cross in order not to break the 360 degree rules. Shot reverse is a shot that the camera switches when the first character is speaking to when the second character begins to speak. This shot allso has the 360 degree rule because of where we were in order not to break the rule. Match on action is where there is some sort action taking place then it switching to the same action again but in a diffrent shot position. The countinuity peice is about a student who goes to school and gets accused of starting a fire on the school grounds we wanted the vidoe to be funny.

  1. The continuity sequence we had to produce was someone walking through a door, having a conversation and walking back out. But, we wanted to ad some humour into it so, I thought off a bad mannered student who had to speak to the headteacher for accusations off starting a fire. He then looses his temper and throws the nearest object at him. The guard at the door then attempts to calm him down but, the student then lashes out at him and slams the door.

The camera rules were match on action, the 360 degree rule and shot reverse shot. We planned out a line which we told ourselves we were not allowed to cross as we would break the 360 degree rule. Shot reverse shot is where the camera switches from when the first actor is speaking and the 2nd actor begins to speak. This also involves the 360 degree rule because off where we are not allowed to cross the line. Match on action is where an action off some sort is taking place then the camera switches to another frame off the same action thats happening.
